JENGAPPS tools are designed with your privacy in mind. When you use these services—and any others created by us, you are asked to share personal information with us. We get that that can affect your privacy. So we want to be upfront about the information we collect and how we use it.

Information You Choose to Give Us

When you use our service, we collect the information that you choose to share with us. For example, GetMeOut2 allows you to enter in contact information which we use to notify those contacts of your location for the safety of your child.

Information We Get When You Use Our Services

When you use our services, we collect information to make our services work for you. For example, GetMeOut2 will gather your GPS location, in order to provide your contacts of your location so they can ensure your child is safe. RightsTo request camera permissions to make it easier to donate and keep our services free.

Device Information. We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model, operating system version, browser type, language, wireless network, and mobile network information when we generate crash/error reports to keep track of and resolve issues our services may have with your device.

Location Information. When you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your consent, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses. Again this is done to allow our GetMeOut2 service to send this information to contacts that you provide. We do not store this data.

Information We Get From Third Parties

We do use location information with a third-party, Google Maps, which allows us to attain accurate data about your location, and provide contacts with a direct map reference to the location of your loved ones.

How We Use Information

What do we do with the information we collect? The short answer is: Provide you with awesome services that we relentlessly improve! Here are some of the ways we do that:

  • When we collect your location, we use it to provide safety services, such as alerting the contacts that you have listed, the location of your loved ones.(GetMeOut2)
  • When we collect device hardware information,we use it to troubleshoot issues that arise in your model devices.
